In 1979, he graduated the Higher Institute of National Economy – Varna with a Master’s Degree in the major of “Economics”. During the years, he has broadened his qualification with many specializations, among which:

  • “Foundations of Management” – Higher School of Management and Institute of Commercial and Economic Management at the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Bulgaria, 1992;
